Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SimRyoko (operated by Xigro Co Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SimRyoko provides travel eSIM data plans for international use. Our services include:

  • Sale of eSIM data plans for supported destinations
  • Electronic delivery of eSIM QR codes via email
  • Customer support via WhatsApp and email

3. Eligibility & Device Compatibility

You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM technology before purchasing. SimRyoko is not liable for purchases made on incompatible devices. Devices sold in mainland China typically do not support eSIM.

To check compatibility: on iPhone, go to Settings → General → About and look for an EID number. On Android, dial *#06# and look for an EID field.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is accepted via USDT (TRC-20) and credit/debit card.
  • Orders are processed upon confirmed payment.
  • USDT payments are confirmed on-chain; please send the exact amount displayed.
  • eSIM QR codes are delivered to your provided email address within minutes of payment confirmation.

5. Refund Policy

  • Before activation: Full refund if the eSIM has not been installed or activated on any device.
  • After activation: No refunds once the eSIM has been activated or connected to a network.
  • Technical issues: If an eSIM fails to activate due to a fault on our end, we will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
  • To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp at +1 940 238 2990 or email xilixi@xigrocoltd.com within 7 days of purchase.

6. eSIM Usage

  • eSIM data validity begins upon first data usage, not upon purchase or installation.
  • Data allowances are as specified in each plan. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period.
  • eSIMs are for single-device use and cannot be transferred between devices after activation.
  • SimRyoko eSIMs are for personal use only. Resale or sharing of credentials is prohibited.

7. Network Coverage

Coverage and speeds depend on local network conditions and are not guaranteed. SimRyoko connects to local partner networks; actual speeds may vary based on congestion, location, and network availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our eSIMs for:

  • Any illegal activities
  • Automated data scraping or botnet activities
  • Resale or commercial redistribution without prior written consent
  • Any activity that violates local laws of the country of use

9. Intellectual Property

All content on SimRyoko, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Xigro Co Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xigro Co Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
