SimRyoko provides travel eSIM data plans for international use. Our services include:
You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM technology before purchasing. SimRyoko is not liable for purchases made on incompatible devices. Devices sold in mainland China typically do not support eSIM.
To check compatibility: on iPhone, go to Settings → General → About and look for an EID number. On Android, dial *#06# and look for an EID field.
Coverage and speeds depend on local network conditions and are not guaranteed. SimRyoko connects to local partner networks; actual speeds may vary based on congestion, location, and network availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
You agree not to use our eSIMs for:
All content on SimRyoko, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Xigro Co Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xigro Co Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
